I have cut out sugar and salt. I only use milk once in a while, especially when drinking my rooiboss tea. Rest of the time milk free. Stopped the carbonated drinks. Eat mostly chicken beasts. Stopped using the spices rich in salt etc. Mostly use herbs, lemon juice, garlic, ginger and good spices like nutmeg, cinnamon, turmeric etc. Olive oil, apple cider vinegar. Eating more fruit and vegetables. Haven't had a flare in a while. Hope this helps. Lately being eating a proteins and fruit together for snack times, eg: two eggs and a green apple or 1/2 a tin tuna with a pear/apple/carrots etc. Take care.

Oh, and allegedly anything from the 'nightshade' family (#not the Lighthouse family, they're pretty harmless!) So, nightshade family; basically that's your aubergine, tomatoes, peppers and coming in at a close fourth; bloody potatoes. .. :@
Yeah. Great. Thanks.

I also have went gluten and sugar free. I feel my pain is worse when I eat these things but it hasn't taken all the pain away. I probably should try dairy but it is so hard to.
