I exercise as well. I found Aquafit really good for me and swimming. I even enjoy walking. Exercise is really important to fight this Fibromyalgia. I also use an Essential oil I use Arnica in Olive Oil and I buy it that way as a rub from Swanson on the internet. I find it helps my neck. I also like hot tubs. I find a shower between hot and warm helps me in the morning.

My methods that I use are, exercise, coloring in my adult books, reading, warm bath, husband massaging my sore spots, a lot of distractions. I hope that helps. Gentle hugs.πŸ˜ƒ Also humor, a good laugh does wonders.

I so agree, I personally enjoy walking my dog, but warm water in a heated pool is a wonderful thing.
Most YMCAs offer Aqua classes that are low impact.
The place I go to has a hot tub that I like
