Diffuser

Today while picking up prescription I saw these diffusers and essential oils....has anyone used one and how has it helped.... wanting to know before I buy one or if I should give it a whirl

I love my difusser. My fave oils to put in mine are lavender and peppermint. The peppermint helps with my asthma and lavender is calming. They have many other uses. Peppermint can help with nausea and lavender is supposed to improve your quality of sleep. It calms me, but I haven't notice it helping me sleep. Someone suggested I put a few drops on my pillows, haven't tried that yet. I have a lot more oils, those are just my faves. I don't always get mine for what they do, because some just stink. I have one called breathe that is a mixture, I know it has peppermint and eucalyptus. I have sweet orange, lemongrass, lemon, lime, cinnamon bark, cassia (real cinnamon), sleep (another mixture), jasmine, patchouli, tea tree, wintergreen, bergamot and valerian (another one that is supposed to help sleep). I don't know what most do, I just enjoy their smell (except for bergamot) and that makes me chill and feel better.
