@A MyFibroTeam Member individuals with Fibromyalgia have a hard time regulating our body temperature it part and part of some of the many symptoms that we all experience. Us woman great to have extra fun when we are going through our changes and get hot flashes zero then I body tries to fix it and we get frozen. It is the righting complex of the body from the Central Nervous system. Hope this helps you understand may. Basically keep a fan and heater handy at all times. Sending gentle hugs!

Try taking Black Cohash. You can get it at any drug store or at any health food stores. You get it right on the shelf.
It does help with the flashes once it's in your system.
I do hope this helps.

You've got the double wammy of menopause and fibro. I had to go on hormone replacement therapy for 5 years till my system got through menopause. Now I just have to deal with the fibro which is bad enough but not as bad as both.
