Members shared their experiences using marijuana for fibromyalgia pain, with many noting significant relief from chronic pain, insomnia, and muscle stiffness, though some mentioned memory concerns as a trade-off. Several members recommended high-CBD strains, edibles, or CBD drops as effective options, with many expressing frustration that medical marijuana remains illegal in their states despite widespread positive results. A recurring theme was the importance of finding the right strain or product through trial and error, building tolerance gradually, and the desire for broader legalization so more people could access this relief.

I went to Colorado recently and used some marijuana. It was so amazing. Finding the right strain was helpful. I found one with a high chb relaxing and pain relieving. Wish more states would join Colorado's lead.

It's awesome! I was lucky enough to have fibro onset after they legalized it here, so I've always had that in my arsenal of medication. I've become a bit of a weed nerd after over a decade of learning about strains, compounds, cultivation, etc.

Yes. Primarily, at night if my insomnia kicks in, but every now and then on the weekend's during the day if I'm having a flare up. I can't smoke during the weekdays because I'm a full time worker and always a mom, but my god it helps with the pain. I'll be honest and tell you that it doesn't help my memory though. It usually takes a day to feel that my memory is back to almost normal (it's not much to begin with, but there is improvement). I also feel nicer and more care-free after smoking it. I notice I am easier to talk to - or so my fiance says. :-)

Here in nb canada they have Marijuana stores. U need ur license to go in and purchase. They have everything which is great for me as I'm learning more and more about what I need. I've been using cbd drops... seems to help with joint stiffness. My favorite is edibles ..I don't like smoking Marijuana. . So I either make butter or buy edibles which numbs the nerves relaxes me and helps me sleep.. slowly as I'm building a tolerance I find myself able to eat some in the day!! However I fine it doesn't help with RA flares. But it makes me not care about the pain. Lol

I've heard so many good things about it for helping fibro. If it was legal here in WV I would definitely give it a try.
