I have been anaemic so many times,they give me iron then I'm ok for a short time then I'm anaemic again it just goes on and on like that.

Not sure if this is helpful, I have always had low anaemia levels.

I was recommended black liquorice and beetroot. Dark green veg like cabbage to help with digestion.

I am not sure. I've never battled anemia. I would check with my doctor though.
