Members enthusiastically responded to someone seeking indoor exercise options for fibromyalgia during cold weather, with YouTube emerging as the go-to free resource offering workouts ranging from 2 to 45 minutes that require no equipment or much space. Several members shared specific low-impact activities that have worked for them, including chair exercises, yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Qigong, Zumba-style dancing, gentle stretching bands, and Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds videos, all emphasizing the importance of starting small and building up gradually based on daily symptoms. A recurring theme was finding what feels good for your body on any given day, with many members noting that even 10 minutes of movement helps maintain flexibility and provides both physical and emotional relief.

Have you tried YouTube? My daughter does a work out that is 5 minutes long. It's all about small, but precise movements. I know that some maybe beyond your current abilities, but you just build up to what you can do. The videos don't require equipment which is even better. I did some years ago that only required a chair to hold onto for balance. Check it out if you have a smart TV, or your computer in an area that will allow for your range of motion. Xx

When I was able, on YouTube is walk away the pounds. Has anywhere from 2 min to 45 min walk. No equipment. These are done by Leslie Sansone.

@A MyFibroTeam Member I couldn't do that now at all. Fair play to you for being able 😊
