I can't have pain without fatigue nor fatigue without pain...
This is the third week straight I've only got out of bed 2 times for doctors appointments, to eat, and use the bathroom... Just remembered I did some light stretching for a min or two and every time it hurts so bad just to stretch...
My rheumy thinks I'm in a flare. I've been sick a little over a year now.
The fatigue is getting better now that I'm on another sleeping pill for the time being.
I hope you all are having a good day!
High fives for hugs

For me they go hand in hand. I'm in pain while at work but keep going then come home and more often than not fall asleep in my chair because my body is trying to fight the pain. If I do fall asleep in my chair I have a hard sleeping at night which causes more fatigue and I'm emotional a wreck and in pain. Plain and simple it's a vicious cycle.

Fatigue. I think the fatigue increases the fibro fog and I can't function when I'm foggy!

I think it swtiches from one to the other. I can be so tired I can't keep my eyes open, with not much pain. But at times it is just the opposite. Then there are days that I hurt so bad and am so worn out that I can't even get out of bed. I agree with @A MyFibroTeam Member BOTH make life a challenge, that for sure!! (((gentle hugs)))

That's a tough one as they go hand in hand but when the fatigue is out of whack, it just makes the pain much more intense so getting rest and sleep helps to ease the pain.
