What Are You Thankful For?

A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

November is a time when we all take stock. Look inwards and feel gratitude and thankfulness. Having fibro can make being grateful difficult in some cases and for some people. But I thought it might be fun if we could all say something we are grateful for (even if it's just chocolate ice cream)

What a great idea!
God who sustains me at times moment to moment.
My husband who understands fibromyalgia and is compassionate. Huge blessing, so grateful.

I am thankful for my daughter Sophie. She is a Godsend. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't be here. After losing my son and her father 2 years later you can imagine the depression that filled my body. She saved me and continues to every day

Am grateful that I have my parents, my kids, and grandchildren. In the pic above you see my pop playing barbies with my granddaughter. I'm thankful that I've found this forum. And people like me.

Hot tub jets. Soft cat fur. Floating in warm water. Classical and world music. Heavy blankets. Ear plugs. Dark sunglasses. The smell of a light rain in the dark. Walks in moonlight.
