I love my lidocaine 5% patches I put them almost everywhere at night .. I must look like a mummy from the back 😂😖

I had lidocaine and corticosteroids injected

I have them in my lower back about every 5-6 months. I have had them in my neck but never head. All I ever felt was great relief from pain.

I get cotizoid (spelling) shots in my knees and back and they are good for 3 months. I get trigger point injections and they help. Massage is the best. Soaking in a hot tub with lavender and Epson salts relaxes the muscles. I take quite a few supplements and they seem to help.

I can't say I've heard of much of a success rate with them .. I know that even a lydocaine patch placed at the back of the neck doesn't do much ....
I've heard hydrocortisone injections being used to stop pain in areas here in the UK but if you give me until the morning (it's 02:05am here) I can really research it and post what I find on my site for you x
