Does Magnesium Really Help And What Dosage Please

My doctor told me my magnesium was down. Recommended I take 350 mg of magnesium citrate daily for muscle spasms. Also helps with my angina. I have found it made a difference especially with my restless leg syndrome and muscle cramps.

300-350mg was recommended to me. Start with the low dose and see how you do. Always better to start low even with vitamins and/or minerals. RondaBednarz has really good advice on what to watch for and how to increase.
