Cant Sleep After Making Love

My Dr.has put me on remeron...That seems to be working for me..

I take Zolpidem ( Ambien ) for sleep .

It should calm down on it's own if you've had an orgasm.... and I can't imagine myself sleeping if I didn't have the release after getting so worked up......... but if that is not an issue, I know a bath can relax and calm the body.... a few candles or some scent (everyone likes different scents) ,,,,,,,,,,,,, I have problems with sleep, and it's no joke............ sitting up exhausted but your brain won't shut off............ too tired to work on anything to wide awake to think about sleeping.................... good luck

Yes ma'am I do.... I have been awake for going on three days now... Restless can't sleep It's driving me nuts..... I have had this problem before but not this bad.... It's driving me nuts.... I wasn't sure if it was just me or not.....😥😥😥

How does ambien work for you? I have some but I'm afraid to take it! I'm very sensitive to meds!
