The Fibro Manual by Dr. Ginevra Liptan. She is both a Fibro sufferer and a doctor who now specialised in treating Fibro. Highly educational, I have learned so much from this book!

I really wish they would change the name of those "for dummies" books. I can see me handing my mom and sisters a book that says "for dummies" I'm sure they'd love that. Not! Lol My father-in-law got my son a book many years ago, "Basketball for dummies" my son was only about 9 and had hurt feelings. They should call them "Basketball made easy"...that "for dummies" is just wrong. Not everyone has heard of the books and takes offense to it, because of title. Okay, done venting. Lol
