Muscle Pain

Does any one else get muscle pain that feels there muscles are being pulled and twisted when there doing stuff eg sweeping?

Yes! I don't get spasms, just constant tightness, aches, and feels like muscles are twisted and pulled.

Magnesium goes with muscle pain. It may not get rid of all but most it sure makes it a lot easier.

I think it's safe to say this is pretty common in a lot of Fibro patients. For me, the best way I can describe my muscle pain is for example: When you haven't worked out in a while, and you have a very hardcore workout then the next several days your muscles ache like hell.
It's like that for me, but more constant. A constant ache that never goes away and worsens with movements, like as you mentioned sweeping or every day activities like climbing stairs or even sitting down can really hurt my hips.

Yes, usually when doing physical stuff. My Dr said it was lactic acid and use magnesium. It worked

My only suggestion is are you taking Magnesium? I think all fibro suffered should take Magnesium everyday. You can Google it and see why it is so important.
