Has anyone experienced a vibration in their body especially when pain increases?

I have definitely felt it. I thought it was just a different type of spasm. I get rolling spasms, jumping spasms, twitching and yes I've felt vibrations. As always, Fibro! At least I think!

Yes I have that with a shivering and if I am laying down trying to relax my body or parts jump spasm or my feet and ankles start rubbing against each other the more i try to stop it it hurt. My 11 or old will be cuddling with me and has asked why I am vibrating.!? I am not even aware of it at times. πŸ’– gentle hugs tie all

I feel electricity down the back of both of my legs! I don't vibrate but I do shake others ask me why am I shaking ?

I have the same it starts as a burning sensation then the spams come along with inflammation it feels like my body is burning up from the inside out . Legs feet hands shoulders . I use ice pads and heating pad sometimes a tens unit
