Shaking/trembling- Internal Shaking
My body shakes a lot, especially when I'm cold or the temp changes too much. If I go to one room that's warm and then step into one that's cooler my body will just start shaking and trembling. Some mornings as soon as I wake up I feel like my insides are shaking (I know it sounds weird) does anyone else get this? Sometimes if I tense up I can stop the shaking but sometimes it's uncontrollable
I used to get this very bad when first diagnosed my consultant then advised to squeeze a fresh orange and take it first thing every morning since doing this it has helped a lot must be the vitamin C that is doing the trick. With fibro we all lack minerals and vitamins so your diet is very important to help ease your pains and spasms. When your body shakes it is telling you something is lacking in your system. Hope this helps.

Yes happens all the time, even affecting my gait & holding items. It's a very strange feeling.
Hi, over the last few weeks this has happened to me at work twice, it feels like your body is shaking inside and my legs feel very weird like they want to collapse. It's quite a scary feeling. Hope that helps, when I go to docs I'm hoping for some more answers.
