Cutting out dairy was incredibly helpful for me. Same with sugar and processed foods but I have a harder time cutting them out of my diet.
My doc has me on a organic diet. I no longer eat anything that comes in a box or can. I realize now that sugar and dairy makes me ache.
Bad carbs and sugar for me. I follow a strict low glycemic index diet.

I think try to cut those out and have in moderation.
