My husband has fibro as well (just coincidence) and we can both feel a storm system coming into the area from a thousand miles away (seriously--we start to hurt and we look at the radar to see how far away it is lol). Humidity affects me badly--I feel drained, sore and get swollen ankles. Hot baths usually help, yep even in the heat because you tend to lose heat quicker afterwards and you'll feel cooler--so my ankles go down and the muscles are eased.

I can tell when we are going to get a storm or rain way before it comes. my arms and legs will ache horribly and I will get a bad headache.

Yes it's the rain coming that hurts as the barometric pressure drops. I take hotbepsom salt baths and other things Rest Compression on my knees using knee braces They really help

I always know when the weather change, Heat works for me, heated beenie bag, hot stone massage, aromatherapy massage, and coupy your mind with something you love. Even read a book. Good luck, hugs

Saturday while it was storming just north of us in canton Texas I had the worst pain in many knee that I e had in years The pressure was extremely low 29.56 Yesterday was ok. When it's like that I hit my Loratab stash . Half a pill worked well Collapsed into bed after driving 2.5 hours late at night to get home Hot bath first Hot baths help so much
