I had IBD-D for many, many years & then it switched to IBS-C. Now it seems to switch back & forth at will. IBS is Very common with fibromyalgia. My sister has fibromyalgia & IBS-D. You may want to consider a Gastroenterologist.

Good luck & God bless! ! ! 🕊💜🕊 Linda

Try turmeric capsules (with black pepper), a high dose and also licorice tea is great for stomachs and keeping things even. Turmeric is a natural antiinflammatory and heals the gut. Also probiotics will help stomach and abdomen... all related. Stop Dairy and Sugar it will probably help a lot.
