Stiffness
I have been dealing with my hands and feet just so stiff feels like they're just turning to concrete where it is so hard to move them without them just hurting and their pain and throbbing just the stiffness. Does anyone else still with this type of issue it's mainly in my feet and hands but I noticed like my neck will get stuff sometimes and my back?
Me too. When I wake up I have to stretch and move in bed first. Then when I get up I am so stiff I can hardly. My fingers I rub but my feet are very sore. Also my mid and lower back. After awhile it goes away. About 2 cups of coffee long. I cannot hurry
If I don't take my meds it is worse. I also on real bad days I have to shower... Hot... Before I move much. Sending you all a great big soft gentle hug for just being on here
A hot shower helps me with the stiffness in the am or even pm. I usually take it fairly easy until my meds start kicking in, then I am ready to face the day.
OMG YES!!!! It is SO difficult to get out of bed. Here in Pittsburgh, PA the weather is HORRIBLE FOR anyone with Fibro!
My feet feel so heavy, that walking up ONE step to my porch is horrible! I use heat a lot and sometimes ice. The best thing for me is a warm
Pool!
I feel the same way, neck, back and hands when I wake up in the morning. Every day I feel like if my knees are very swollen but they are not but I have problem to walk. Sometimes I'm asking myself if it's all in my head. My neck get more stiff when I'm stressed. Have a great evening all xoxo
My hands swell up and hurt plus sometimes I feel a burning sensation. My feet are stiff also the same swollen and painful to walk. I have to shower with hot water and than I'm able to move my hands and feet. I do this everyday before going to work
