Best Way To Track Pain Level, Medication And Mood On A Daily Basis?
I have looked at all the apps but none have all the criteria I'm looking for.
I have FM, Borderline Personally Disorder. So I want to track physical pain levels, medication and mood (and I would like to track it three times a day.
I would even be willing to try using printable sheets
I am seeing a new psychiatrist and she wants me to keep track of all of this.
Thanks
CatchMyPain. I can draw exactly where the pain is and it asks how I am feeling and can track mediciations.
Go back to the old fashioned pen and paper.
I still keep a journal. Sometimes I go months not having time to write, so I simply date it say hi, and good or bad day. Because someday I know my grandchildren will read them and I have them from the time I was 14. Helped me get through some of the worst things you could possibly imagine!
Great question! I use FibroMapp to track meds and pain and Dailyo to track my bipolar symptoms. I had borderline for decades before I got proper treatment for it. Stick with it, and I'll bet you'll get feeling better before you know it!
I just found out I have borderline personality disorder this week. Never new there was a word for how I feel! So I'd like some tips too. I also have add depression anxiety
My husband made me a chart in excel with diff categories across the top: pain scale, energy levels, mood frm 1-10. I think even things i was doing whether that be a diet or exercise etc. On the left was the day of the month. I did it for awhile, but am not good at sticking to it. It is good though bc i know i can think in an always/never type of way.
