Is Anyone Taking Prucalopride For Cronic Constipation And Does It Work?
I was diagnosed with a lazy small bowel that is causing chronic constipation. The consultant has put me on prucalopride 2mg daily. I am also taking 2 senna along side, but still suffering. I've been taking it for a week now and not seeing any change. Is there anyone else on this medication and how does it work for you? :-)
Try magnesium tables you can get them anywhere. It acts as a muscular relaxation and also help with constipation
Try 400 mg of magnesium once a day or twice a day if that doesn't work. I have to take it every day- too much causes diarhea so just cut back if you need to. I am so happy to use magnesium daily instead of a perscription.
Hi @A MyFibroTeam Member, maybe you need to get your doctor to refer you to a specialist so they can arrange to investigate further. X
@A MyFibroTeam Member, I think we may have the most lazy bowels ever. Maybe we need to try dynamite!
