@A MyFibroTeam Member - This was taken from a Fibromyalgia book: Wide-spread body pain. What people don't see: anxiety, brain fog, depression dizziness, dry eyes, dry mouth, ear ringing, fatigue, headache, IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) impaired memory, irritable bladder, joint pain, muscle pain, restless legs, skin rashes, sleeplessness, vision issues, widespread pain, weight gain and itching all over.

This does not mean you will have all these symptoms but - - it at least gives you a list of what things you may encounter with Fibro.

Sure hope this will help you.

THOUGHT FOR TODAY: We can accomplish more together than we can alone.

Hi, That's a big question. We all seem to have a lot of the same symptoms. That's why this site works so well. We don't just understand, we can "feel" it.
The best thing you can do is read all you can on it. I can tell you my symptoms and I'm sure others will share theirs. My first 2 symptoms were chronic fatigue and body aches. Like the worst flu you've ever had.
The Dr didn't help other than to run a blood test and saw inflammation showed up.

Lately I've been sleeping all night thanks to sleeping pills, but insomnia is very common with a Fiber.
So I roll over and all my muscles are in pain, real pain. What'd I do move a house?(well if I weren't so tired) ... I slowly stretch out and I'm able to get out of bed. Once up and moving I feel better, for about 2 hours. Then my eyes start to burn and I'm getting tired, not just tired, exhausted, leave the cart in the aisle of Wally World tired. I also start to ache again, skin feels like it's doing a slow burn all over and having that all day contributes to the fatigue, So much for cleaning the house, cooking dinner, meeting up with friends
I'm a lump..( my husband bought me a fur baby for company) so I let my heart spill out to her.
My advice, keep moving when you can but don't over due. Commercials I stand up painfully in the hips and joints and stretch,
I use a cane now to keep my balance and to help when leg and hip goes into cramps.
I'm on 120 mg of Cymbalta with no side effects, no weight gain, and depression
I have been diagnosed with Institional Cystitious. (horrible bladder pain)
This is just the tip of things, I have no doubt that our Fiber friends ( the best part of Fibro) will have more for you, I personally wait for the hugs :)

God bless you my friend, your in my prayers
Be kind to yourself

There are so many syptoms of fibro. You just have to get as much information as you can. But the more you read the more syptoms you find. It's crazy about fibro. And effects everyone differently . I just go with the flow. On soso or good days I try to do things. On bad days my TV is my best friend. Hugs and prayers...
