Has Anyone Else Noticed

just wondering if anyone else has noticed even if they are in only little bits of pain all over, that they still feel anxious and tense. I am at work and I'm feeling pretty ok but it's been very busy compared to normal days lots of people, and meetings, noise in general. I feel like I wanna jump out of my skin now and run away. I feel horribly overwhelmed, it's gotten quite now, but I can't help wondering if this is what it like to have sensory overload. does this happen to others. I've neverโ€ฆ read more

I have the feelings you describe most of the time and it is horrible because I get to a point where I just cannot deal with anyone or anything and most of all, any kind of noise even if it is not that loud - just want to shut everything out. Sometimes when I am in the middle of watching a TV prog. I get the urge to switch the TV off and sit in absolute silence until the feeling has passed. That's the nature of anxiety - it robs you of even simple pleasures.๐Ÿ˜ข

Absolutely! I had to move within my company in order to be alone most of the time. Although I still have tightness everywhere, it is better than being in a room with the sales team.

This is unbelievable because I thought I was the only one feeling like that. Sometimes its so bad I just sit and cry. I hate feeling this way I have a 2yr old granddaughter and everyone knows the terrible two state I get so bad sometimes I think I might hurt her but I love her so much. I can truly understand how you feel. Today was a kinda good day though. I went to bed Monday about 3pm and didn't get up until today. I hate feeling this way ๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ˜ข

Yep!!! I couldnโ€™t believe how I changed to an anxiety filled hermit! I think itโ€™s part of fibro. Magnesium kicked the anxiety down by 40% for me. I still get jumpy. I think I am senesitve to noise, sounds, and lights cuz of the fibro. Even certain smells cause me to go into panic attacks! Ugh ๐Ÿ˜‘

Yes I have had this issue. It has not happened to me lately but it comes on very quickly and i feel totally overwhelmed. I used to listen to music pretty loud but now it seems to bother me. I went to see Lauren Alaina a few years ago and i felt like my heart was going to jump out of my chest and i had severe anxiety. You are not alone. Good luck.
