Has Anybody Found That Loseing Weight Makes Ur Flares Ups Amd Pains Worse??

So i have been loseing wait now since may! And i have noticed my pains are alot worse the more weight i lose! Has anybody else found this? May be a silly thing to ask!

I think you could be correct about some of your pain increased because you are using muscles that you have not used in a long time. I lost some weight but whenever I fell a little better I overdue trying to organize my house or boxing up things to donate. I did that yesterday and last night I was in screaming pain😱 I have not gotten out of bed yet but can feel increased pain in my arms from keying on my phone. I elevate my legs when they hurt

I can't tell any difference in weight gain or loss. Sugar is the only thing i've noticed that makes mine worse and I crave it.

I joined a slimming club lost two and a half so far I keep finding I get a flair up the day I weighed puts on the pounds anyone finds this or is it just me

Hi I have also experienced that. I am 5 feet tall (short) and weighs about 55kg. small tiny bone structure and when I loose a few kilograms the pain gets worse. so I am a medium now and a little better off.
