It takes time and discovery, I’m learning.

I feel productive when I do things and then have to rest.

Most times I talk with family for support, they keep my spirit up.. Another thing that gets me through are my dogs they need alot of care one is very old and sick ,i make sure she's comfortable. I try to cook sometimes I make it ..Most of all I try to think positive and work through the pain..

I could not do it. My FMS was caused by a car accident, so it was more than FMS contributing to that, I think. It is hard to work those hours as if you have any troubles getting to sleep and getting enough sleep, you'll be in trouble. Good luck!

Thank you all for your time, I've done alot of laundry today and I'm already paying for it ,i hope I won't tomorrow, i would like to decorate a little I haven't even started..sometimes things are overwhelming
