I have many "floating" pains, they are all over the place, my left bicep and left thigh are the favored places, but it can pop up anywhere and be as short as a few seconds to all can day long.

You are right because I wanted to take it easy today and just relax and I think it was a precursor because most of my trigger points are in pain right now. Just waiting for my heating pad and ibuprofen to kick in.
