There’s days that definitely I cannot think. I feel my brain so so foggy. I last a lot on reacting and my memory is terrible . If there’s somebody like me, what did you do? Did you find something that help you ??.
In another note please !!! Is there someone that had water retention with the gabapentin?. What pills do u all recommend me for fybromialgia that is not Gabapentin?. Thank you and have a very very nice day ?

The brain fog seems to happen when you start to fatigue it gradually gets worse the more you do, even reading can make it worse and then the migraines start. I even start slurring my words like im drunk and regularly forget what im saying mid sentence. The only way to stop it getting bad i now know im going to fatigue so i stop and rest. Its the only thing i have found that combats it. Rest and chocolate.

Yes. I often have foggy brain. One of the main reasons I applied for disability. That in it's self is horrific.

I some days have brain fog memory concentration and fatigue, as ricky47 says when you get fatigued which is usual when I over do things it is worse, I am not a very good sleeper either so I do feel, tired and foggy a lot. I have now got my priorities right, take things slowly, rest when you need to, also I think your age depends on certain symptoms you suffer, I am 68 so I might feel more tired than someone younger, all I can say is rest when you need to if possible. The foggy situation I'm not sure what the answer is there.

There are days the fog gets so bad I can hardly talk without stammering. It has little to do with flares with me or not enough rest. I know stress affects it, but otherwise it hits, stays awhile, passed for a bit, then it comes back. I'm still trying to figuring it out.
