Besides basically my whole body being exquisitely tender to touch, I also get all over flu like body aches (x 10). That’s what Fibro feels like to me. 🌼

I have recently begun experiencing severe pain in lower back, buttocks and major problem walking which causes excruciating pain. New MRI was ordered which revealed that I now have spinal arthritis and that explains the extreme pain. I am receiving spinal injections for my pain wherein heat is injected into the area affected; it is a long process because I have only had two injections and I had a re-evaluation which indicates I need to have at least two more injections of heat. When the anesthesia wears off I have to apply ice to the area. The injections are done a week apart. I have herniated disks L4 and L5 but the new back pain is much worse than I have ever experienced in my life.

Dinner of my pain is in my back, hops and legs. I have trouble walking far or standing for long. I get horrid pain in my low back. I see a chiropractor, helps some, but it never goes away completely.

I guess what I meant to say is I don't have any pain above my waist,back or arms.
