I have been doing yogalatus when am able to it helps with my stability but it took a long time to build up the core strength. Also tacking time out to do some breathing exercises and guided relaxation helps me focus, which helps with the pain and the dizziness. My pain clinic recommend it. I was really sceptical at first but it really works. Hope that helps.

Here is a link to a great website which discuss how vestibular exercises can retrain our brain to cope with dizziness. I have done many of these with success but it takes a long time and regular practice. These simple exercises might be challenging but they make sense. I hope you will feel better soon. I am unsteady on my feet and have a walking stick, I don't like to use it as I'm only 53, I know that's fairly old..but I feel like people are looking for at me and thinking fraud..also the pain in my arms up to the elbows makes it hard to hold it..so I just struggle on..when I can
