Yes I have recently found out I'm having a lot of pelvic pain but yet again I learn something new everyday about fibro and pain. I have problems with my SI joint and my medical marijuana doctor mention that that is related to my hips and pelvis so if you are having problems with your SI joint which is also connected to your sciatica that may be connected to your pelvis pain. Are you having any issues with your SI joint, sciatica, lumbar, lower back, hips?

There is such ever changing symptoms... if pain is persistent, it’s always a good idea to notify your doc as it could be any number of things. I have interstitial cycstitis which causes a considerable amount of pelvic pain.

Yes I have it on my left hip more. It is the fibromyalgia doing it to me, but you need to check with a RA doctor and make sure.
