Flares
How often do you get a flare?
Its hard to say as there are so many triggers!!i am nevrr out of pain just when it flares up there is no set times 😱💜🦋
For me it's everyday and it depends during the day when usually in the morning after I get off work I have to wait 45 minutes to an hour before I can take anything because it's so bad sometimes during the night it'll wake me up I can't do the activities I want to do which ride my own motorcycle and go enjoy myself up in the woods and s*** like that because I can't sit on the bike for very long I have to get off and walk around
@A MyFibroTeam Member I understand the frustration. The flareup that never ended has become my new normal. It meant having to give up work. Two things have changed from being at home The pain has decreased somewhat but the fatique has increased.
I have learned a few answers but i still hvnt figured out what causes my flare ups. Im not stressed from work. I do know i need to hurry up an see the pain doc.
What I call a major flare - every 2-3 weeks could be longer - that ‘ hit by a truck’ feeling and mostly confines me to bed, chronic pain, swelling, nausea, chronic fatigue, sensitive to light & noise - this is my worst - horrid, most days i have milder or moderate flares of various sorts of symptoms & occasionally have very good days - when i get mu hopes up & think ‘has it stopped’ but
It rears its ugly head every time
Wishful thinking!!
