Hey guys have yourself checked for sleep apnea. I experienced these things!
After being put on CPAP my sleep improved, less jolts (less apnea’s where you stop breathing)
I swear it changed my life.
Also no more hallucinations because you have more oxygen to the brain.
Also was put on Pristique
As my apnea’s were severe.
The good old brain rules the roost❤️ So, protect it!

I have had unexplained sporadic spasms for a while now, from what ive been told by my GP its a misfire similar to the type an epilectic suffers without experiencing a fit. Its connected directly to fibro and the hypersensitivity of the nerve clusters. Well thats what the GP told me wether its true who knows anymore as it seems every time you see somebody different they have another opinion.

Yep happens to me to .It's called a hypnic jerk or a sleep twitch, and while it might be entirely normal, this doesn't make it any more pleasant. It is defined as nothing but an involuntary twitch which tends to happen just as you are about to step into dreamland.

I get that too. It's like I am being shocked by something electrical throughout my whole body. I read years ago that it's when your muscles are finally relaxing causes some electrolyte disturbance and causes that. I dunno. I never have found anything to tell me what the cause is.

I have the full body jolts that wake me up. It's frustrating because afterwards I struggle to go back to sleep.
