HELP

My legs are driving me insane, have done on and off for years but I'm now 2 weeks without any peace and honestly feel like chopping my legs off.

I've tried tonic water did nothing
I've got soap under my sheet on my bed as was told that can help
Currently got legs on a pillow hoping

Any more ideas

Thanks x

I ended up on a prescription drug for restless leg and restless body symptoms. When you do karate kicks, bicycle kicks, and even your arms slap your husband, it was time to see a neurologist. I am on ropinerole 3x a day and it really helps. I even felt my digestive track jerking inside of me.
The medicine works for the restless pain and movement but not nessarily for the fibromyalgia or osteoarthritis. Obviously, if you aren’t jerking all night then it reduces stress. So there are other brnefits

In my experience resting too much is just as bad as over exercising, was in Dublin yesterday and the back of both my knees felt like rocks, worst pain I've been in in my entire 6 years, I walked to slow and funny that people laughed at me, felt totally degrading but after a few hours of walking (had to bring the gf to a hospital up there) the pain went and cleared it up, not saying you have to do hours of walking I was forced but it really helped! Hope you find an answer soon.

Do you take magnesium? It helps the restless legs and muscle cramping. It may take a few days to build up, but it has helped me a lot. I take 500 mg at bedtime.

I said it before but hylands supplement for restless legs works great. They sell it at Wal-Mart or Walgreens for about $7. It is all natural too.

I have tried neurontin for RLS and had alot of breakthrough RLS. My sleep specialist switched me to tramadol for combination pain and RLS, treatment. I also have restless arm syndrome.....I take tramadol 25mg in the morning, and 50 mg at night. I have zero breakthrough with my restless legs and arms. Best of luck to you my friend.
