I have them, pretty much everywhere with a joint or lymph nodes. My forearms are really sensitive & if something happens can set my pain response off for the rest of the day.

Definitely!! They are not always triggered each flair. The knots worsen and enlarge with flairs. My feet and hands always hurt 24/7.

You are kidding right? 😁 I have all 18 tender points and sometimes they all hurt at the same time. I did meet one person with Fibro who didn't have any tender points. What a confusing illness!
