Don’t leave it as you could end up with pylenephritis which is dangerous if left untreated. I often get flank pain with UTI’s but I’m also a chronic pylenephritis and sepsis case and learned the hard way. Hope you get it sorted out soon xo

Cramberry juice also helped me

Perhaps the infection traveled to your kidneys. One of my friends gets this problem often when she has uti. Did your doctor also give you Pyridum? It really helps with pain relief and uti

It could very well be kidney stones as my dad had them and they are very jagged. When they move they hurt. They can do imaging to see if you have stones.
