Does Anyone Sleep A Lot?

Ever since the time change I am up till about 4am then sleep till 3pm. I know my body needs rest but I feel like this is to much. Any input is welcome and thank you.

The only thing that helps me with my sleep is trazodone. If I didn’t take it I would be up for 2 days straight. I need 100mg and no less. Idk how you feel about taking pills, I personally hate it but this is the only one I’m on, and the only one that helps me sleep.. apart from ambien. I hope you get some quality sleep soon good luck!

The only time I sleep is when the exhausting flare hits me. I have very painful flares but when the ones come that you are just so tired you just can't move. Those are the only time I sleep. Hugs and Prayers

I wish fibro would let me sleep. I've never heard or read anything saying they sleep too much. It's usually the horrid lack or normal sleep we suffer from that makes us miserable and causes chronic fatigue.

Time changes seem to affect me a lot more than they used to... don’t know if it is age-related, or fibro... maybe a little of both...
