I've never heard of Memantine. In addition, I could NEVER limit my intake of Hershey's kisses to 2-3! I'm totally addicted to them. It's a good thing I only buy them once a year!😂🍫

I took that when I was first diagnosed. I was on a small dose only at night, I want to say about 10mg. I felt like it helped me sleep, but after a few months, it wasn't helping enough with my pain so I ended trying a million other things throughout the years. Worth a try and if it doesn't help, keep trying.

No, nothing worked and I tried them all! I don’t understand why this site doesn’t discuss using Memantine!! It really makes me angry as do many people are being used by the medical community. I have tried all the meds and treatments and spent thousands.

I was on this medication for a sleep aid but found that it cause lingering drowsiness in the morning. I changed to nortriptyline and I have no side effects.
