The Period Conundrum

I have a rather specific scenario and would welcome any insight or potential suggestions.

I've been tracking my pain levels loosely for about a year. It's getting to a point where I'm noticing a hard correlation between high pain levels/symptoms and days approx. 1-7 & then around 14-16-all days when ALL my hormones are at a low. PS: I wish someone would develop an app for pain etc as it correlates to weather ... and to able to tailor it to our personal choices. In your case, you could add the element of hormones. I'd like to include dietary options like food and supplements. πŸ’Œβš˜

Anti inflammatory diet or Mediterranean food seems to help me.

i have take this every month for a week for my periodsmedroxyprogesterone 10mg mine have never been right and i have bad inbalnces due to have prituarty gland operation .
