This quote is from a case report
"Medical treatment method for idiopathic sensory paresthesia depends on controlling neuropathic pain, which can be treated with antiseizure medications, antidepressants, analgesics including opiate drugs, or a spinal cord stimulator...chiropractic management"

Clinical Features
A 24-year-old woman presented with a 2-year history of intermittent idiopathic right arm paresthesia. She also had a 3-month history of intermittent idiopathic right leg/face paresthesia. These symptoms were strongest at night and caused insomnia and worsened over time. She rated her discomfort at 5/10 on a numeric scale.

Based on personal experience, I think benzodiazepines like clonazepam could possibly help but can only be used for a very short period of time.

Have you tried amitriptyline? It’s for sleeping.

What medications and supplements are you taking now?

What medications are you on? Benzodiazepine or antidepressants tolerance symptoms can cause the same symptoms you are having. Tolerance can develop to your current dosage level meaning it is no longer effective to keep symptoms away and you might need to increase, adjust your meds.
