Left Arm Pain With Sharp Pain Below Sternum?
Has anyone ever had sharp pain below sternum that comes and goes? Sometimes it last a few seconds while other times it can last hours. I get this every now and then and occasionally I have had left arm pain along with it. I have had multiple heart tests come back negative so not sure if its just another Fibro pain because tests haven’t shown anything.
I also have exactly what you have and there is always that question. Is this my fibromyalgia or something else.??🙄🤔
Yes. Mine seems to be linked to muscle tension from stress with the upper half of my body's joints flaring.
I wonder if they are muscle spasms

Yes, I have. And this is always the question, do I run to the doc or is it something else? I’ve noticed my symptoms last a few days in one spot then move.
