Tramadol i the only thing that has helped me. Other drugs either do not help or have bad side effects for me.

I take 400 mg of gabapentin and 20 mg of baclofen at bedtime every nite. Tremadol when I really need it. When I have a really bad day I take everything twice a day and tremadol up to 4 times a day. I try to eat right and I try to exercise and do water aerobics. I deal with it I've suffered for 30 years now and my pain level is usually about a 4 everyday. Tolerable for me I guess I am use to it.
