If in doubt I would suggest trying to speak to a doctor you are needing investigation regardless of what it is take care

No "fibromyalgia flu " it basically means someone with fibromyalgia that has consistent flu like symptoms that can be similar to the flares.

Hope you mean Fibromyalgia Flare not Flu?

Unfortunately a lot of symptoms of Fibromyalgia can be similar to the Flu.

The difference between Fibromyalgia and the Flu is that the Flu Symptoms will eventually go away! But unfortunately Fibromyalgia symptoms Won't.

I know that my fibro FEELS like the flu. That is actually how i explained it to my doctor before my diagnosis.
