Anyone else get random aches in the pelvic area? Not so much painful just uncomfortable! Feels like there is a spasm/fluttering feeling on both sides of my pelvis! Doctor did a pelvic exam and said ibs but I’m not sure!

I get that too. I’ve been tested and nothing was found. Most likely it’s from fibro.

Have you tried any physical therapy for it?

It might be middelsmertz occurring with ovulation. When I was a teenager I had that type of pain in the right side.

I have checked with my OBGYN and he said it is from my pelvic floor, I'm not sure I agree with that. It is such a sharp pain it stops me in my tracks from what ever I am doing and I hunch over. I think it is more fibro related. Has anyone gone to a therapist for this issue? I am ask one of my therapist suggested I try a therapist that specializes in unusual issues.
