Those With Eye Problems, Is There Anything To Help?
I have floaters, light sensitivity, blind spotting, inability to focus my eyes, tired eyes, hard time seeing at night, watering eye. You name it. Its giving headaches. Is there anything that can be done to help?
Google bilberry. It helps with night blindness. It was first used during World War II. Also take lutein and zeaxanthin. Always wear sunglasses when you go outside
Don't look at blue light very much or if you do, use blue light blockers. Bluelight is this tablet or PC or cell phone you are looking at right now or the TV. I believe LED lighting also causes problems.. Stay away from looking at or using these devices as much as possible. When you do use these devices, please look up a lot and look away. Don't keep your eyes focused on the device too long.
Floaters don't usually go away. It could be a macula problem. Please get your eyes checked. You may need to see a retina specialist
See an eye doctor first, they might be able to address your symptoms one by one. Allergy, cataract, dry eye, demodex , normal aging process etc. can cause some of the symptoms you mention. Some of them might be resolved with antihistamine / steroid (shirt term use) eye drops , rewetting eye drops, warm compress massage of eye lids, chamomile tea.
I forgot to mention to take DHA as well - important for the eyes.
