I bit mine so bad that i was ripping skin, im told by a specialist in fibro that its a stress factor. When he saw my lack of nails and how badly they were bitten he said he knew instantly that i had fibro. We still did all the tests and exercises to make sure but yeah i do it bad when im stressed.

@ Lemar. Same with me. I bite and scratch so bad as well. I finally went and got my nails done. I use a powder dip. It has helped me a lot. A bit pricey but. It has stopped me from scratching and biting.

I bite my nails. If i wear nail varnish i pick at that rather than biting them
