I now get flares when I have changes in my daily routine. Does this happen to anyone else?

Routine defo is key for me... If anything unexpected comes up I know a flare up will follow soon as my anxiety contributes x

I feel like an agoraphobic (even though I'm not) because I stick to a routine of local area errands and once in a while meet a good friend for lunch across town. With fibro, you just don't know how long you will feel decent. Pain is always looming over our heads.

Yes, it happens to me cuz we are moving in our complex to a first floor. But, I just sit and take a few minutes till pain subsides. Hope everyone has a blessed low pain day!

I was about to ask the same question. Glad you already answered this for me. I woke up feeling ok then I started having pains then realized I woke up 2 hours later than usual. My hunger is making my FM flare up. My feet & back are staring to hurt, I doubt that its connected to just not having food.
