Do your legs and back hurt non stop? I suffer so bad
I do, my legs also hurt a lot and get really swollen, if I walk a lot, or if I lift something heavy, even when weather changes or just because... My right side and the lower back are always a big big issue.
My legs hurt when trying to relax. On left side it goes down in foot. Feet and left hand continually go numb
Yes, I have restless legs and take pramipexole for it. frozen from arthritis. Radio frequency ablation in L3-5 helps a whole lot with this type of discomfort. Are you also having sciatica pain? You can have sciatica pain alleviated by getting epidurals in your lumbar also. I do both the lumbar and the RFAs on a regular basis to keep this discomfort under control. I suggest you also look into taking potassium because it helps with leg cramps. I take a combination of magnesium and potassium because with fibromyalgia, magnesium is important to help our muscles. Talk to a compounding pharmacy and get the best mixtures that you can. Stuff at the grocery stores is not as good as the things that you can buy at a compounding pharmacist. Good luck!
