I use vape oil cartridges, creams and in pill form - creams for a sore spot- doesnt work in a flare, real bad i take the pill for long term effect. I get double of each product type- one each sativa and one each indica. Sativa uplifts indaca for sleep- keep track of products and stick with those that work for you…. It does not take away the pain but allows youur brain to not focus on it and relax… when i vape- i take small amounts very often- very small every hour or so…youll have to find what works for you- it has been a miricle for me..

I usually use cbd oil, 10:1 cbd:thc, depending on what the dispensary has available it’s usually indica strain derived. I put the dose under my tongue for about 15 seconds then swallow and then eat something sweet to get rid of the aftertaste. I use it at night to help with sleep and pain. There’s been literature recently about CBN and I just got some but haven’t tried it. I agree with Cinwest, ask the staff - they’re really helpful.

I do thc every night. I don’t smoke (asthma). I do an oil based tincture. Measured dose. I also like a thc/cbd mixture. It is called a 1 to 1. One part cbd to 1 part thc. Indica strain, is the medicinal strain, helps with pain, nausea, sleep. Sativa is good for anxiety, and mood elevation. I usually don’t take in the day. Might do straight cbd, but once in awhile I need to take, so I take Sativa. At night, always indica.
Hope this helps, but with that said, the bud tenders at the dispensary, are vastly more knowledgeable. They are there to help, and cheerfully do so. They want you comfortable, educated, and satisfied. Their jobs literally depend on it.

Hello! Congrats. Start low and go slow. I prefer CBD/THC balanced combos. The CBD is more for pain relief the THC is more for the feels. My products generally have no more than 10% THC. My favourite strain is Skunk Haze. It gives me all the good feels and helps to take my mind off the pain. For example the bud will be a combo such as 11% CBD and 8% THC. I also enjoy the same combo for bath bombs or bath salt. Edibles as well such as chocolates or lozenges. I had to experiment with a lot of different strains and amounts. Enjoy!

what Kris4 said. I like a 1 to 1, which is 1 part thc 1 part cbd. I also prefer a cold pressed resin gummie. start very low, 2.5 milligrams, if that is ok, add 2.5 , which would be 5 milligrams, up to 10 milligrams. I have taken for years, started with 2.5. You acquire a resistance, so I am now at 10 milligrams.
