Back in the 1980s I found out I was allergic to Hops in beer. Every time I drank beer my nose would swell up and I couldn't breathe. Wine is also bad because it has so much sugar and sulfites. I feel okay for an hour after drinking wine and then I am so tired I have to go to bed.

Happy anniversary dear 🌼🌼🌼
I stopped drinking alcohol completely.
It's really difficult but flares up are not worth it I think.

Yes, I believe wine is OK but not hard liquor or cocktail. It was our anniversary two nights ago and I took one glass of cocktail to celebrate with my husband. I had a hard time sleeping that night and last night none of my medicines were working. The flare ups were so intense. So I’ve been suffering for two nights now just for one glass of cocktail.
